How a job works

Five steps, the same for a box of boards or a building. Every load gets a lot number when it arrives, and every lot is closed with paperwork.

From first call to closed lot

1

Send photos and a list

What it is, roughly how much, where it is, and anything controlled or holding data. We reply with a written quote.

2

We book the pickup

Our own truck and driver come to your dock in Ontario and Quebec. From elsewhere in Canada, you ship to Orillia and we help plan it.

3

Received and weighed

Your load gets its own lot number and is weighed in Orillia. A receiving report goes to you.

4

Processed as agreed

Destroyed, recycled, or tested and resold. Serial numbers are recorded where the job calls for it.

5

Paperwork closes the job

Your certificates and a settlement report arrive, and the lot is closed.

What a first pickup looks like

1

Before the truck comes

We confirm the date, the dock or door, who to ask for, and what is going on the truck. Tell us about stairs, elevators or tight corridors.

2

At your dock

Our driver loads what was agreed and you both sign for it. Loose items are easier on skids or in boxes; if they are not, tell us and we bring what is needed.

3

When it arrives in Orillia

Your load is weighed and logged under its own lot number, and the receiving report tells you what arrived.

4

When the work is done

Certificates and the settlement report close the lot. Keep them with your disposal records.
